Includes accomodation, daily guided meditiation, yoga and hiking activities focused around reconnecting with nature and self. Optional 30-60 min guidance sessions, wholesome food all created to have you leave feeling nourished and enriched by the end of your stay. Under certain conditions, plant medicine may be offered to guests where appropriate.
